3 Types of Sessions + Personal Coaching
Strength & Mobility
Skills sessions are focused on improving mobility and strength. We work individually and together on areas of weakness in a measured way with clear progressions to help you improve safely. The session usually ends with a fun combo (circuit) or activity.
These sessions teach you how to think about personal safety, be aware of your surroundings, deter potential threats and protect yourself with simple, uncomplicated, but highly effective movements.
Fitness & Conditioning
Metabolic sessions focus on strength, conditioning and body composition. The emphasis is on building a strong, healthy body and getting a good, energising workout that leaves you looking and feeling better.
Online or in Person
Personal coaching is ideal if you have very specific goals, can't attend group sessions, are rehabilitating an injury or want one-to-one training to progress faster. Especially helpful if you are preparing for a certification, a competition or some other event.
